Jungmannova 15 has been LEED Platinum certified. It is the first historical building in the Prague city center refurbished into office to get this certificate. Immofinanz met the challenging requirements regarding the building’s interior environment, operational costs and user comfort level. Jungmannova 15, designed by the famous Czech architect Osvald Polívka, was built in 1907-10. The refurbishment design was overseen by DaM. The building offers 7,200 sqm of class A office space and 580 sqm of retail and services. Immofinanz completed the project at the end of 2014.
