IMMOFINANZ’s LOG.IQ Bucharest awarded Industrial Development of the Year
Immofinanz received Industrial Development of the Year award at the 2015 CIJ Awards Gala for LOG.IQ Bucharest, the company’s newest logistics project in Mogosoaia, 10 km from the capital. The scheme offers 140,000 sqm of leasable space. Construction on LOG.IQ Bucharest started in July. The project has direct access to the A1, A2 and A3 motorways.
“This award comes at the end of a very dynamic 2015 for our company and makes us even more determined to pursue international standards in everything we do in the coming year,” said Sorin Visoianu, country manager office and logistics for Romania and Bulgaria at IMMOFINANZ.
