IMMOFINANZ has completed the structural works for the first section of Metroffice, its newest office development project in the Dimitrie Pompeiu area. With an investment value of approximately €34m, the first of three buildings will provide nearly 20,000 sqm of rentable space and is set to welcome tenants in the second quarter of 2016.
“Metroffice is just the first step in the area’s transformation into an innovative city district with office, retail, leisure and residential spaces,” said Sorin Visoianu, IMMOFINANZ’s Country Manager Office & Logistics for Romania and Bulgaria.
The structure of the first Metroffice building has recently been completed. The building have six floors (ground floor + mezzanine + 4 upper floors) and total rentable space of nearly 20,000 sqm. The largest floor plates offer 3,500 sqm of leasable space suitable for open plan for individual offices. The general contractor for the Metroffice project is PORR Construct.
