The local portfolio of active properties of the Austrian company Immofinanz has a value of EUR 575.1 million and consists of six office buildings (8.6 percent of the total active portfolio of office buildings) and five retail properties (19.1 percent of total active retail properties).
Rental income in Romania reached a value of EUR 48.8 million at the end of the financial year 2021, which represents approximately 17.2 percent of the total rental income of the group.
Last year, the company signed with Banca Comercială Română the transfer of ownership of the Bucharest Financial Plaza office building in the center of Bucharest, for approximately EUR 36 million. In December 2021, Immofinanz sold the former Armonia Arad shopping center to the Swedish investment fund Oresa.
