Immofinanz, the largest real estate investor in Romania, reported €11.9m in rental income between May and July, about a €1m increase from the same period last year, according to the news server Wall Street.
Offices provide the highest rental income, although the values were slightly lower than they were in 2011 over the same period. Meanwhile, retail and logistics revenue is up from last year’s numbers.
Immofinanz’s Romanian properties represent 9.9 percent of the company’s total portfolio. Immofinanz owns 88 properties in Romania, valued at more than €1bn.
