Immofinanz secured lease deals on more than 16,000 sqm of class A office space at seven of its properties in Bucharest over the last six months. The company signed 11,500 sqm with new tenants or existing tenants who were expanding, while, an additional 4,500 sqm were lease renewals.
New tenants include Ringier media group, which took 2,500 sqm at Iride Business Park, and TV production company Sinevizyon, which signed on to more than 2,000 sqm at Pipera Warehouse. A leading player on the Romanian auto market leased about 1,500 sqm at North Center, while Tymbark, ND Medhealth, Sterling Cruise also took space at one of Immofinanz’s Bucharest properties. Q’s Inn, which already has space at North Center, signed a lease at Iride Business Park.
Long-term tenant ING expanded its space at S-Park by more than 1,800 sqm. Bucharest Corporate Center, meanwhile, is now fully leased.
