Immofinanz Group has strengthened its asset management and leasing team for Polish operations with four appointments. āIn the current market, competent and committed professionals provide significant competitive advantage,ā said Magdalena Kowalewska, head of asset management, office and logistics at Immofinanz Poland.
Daniel Pater was appointed senior asset manager for office and logistics. Before joining Immofinanz, Pater worked for AIB PPM, Europolis Real Estate Asset Management and Knight Frank. He has more than 14 years of experience in Polandās property sector.
RafaÅ Pisklewicz was named senior leasing manager for office and logistics. Before joining Immofinanz, Pisklewicz was sales and marketing director for Intelligent Technologiesā real estate division.
Ilona Orkwiszewska, meanwhile, was promoted to asset manager, responsible for the companyās office portfolio, including Park PostÄpu, IO-1, Brama Zachodnia and Cybernetyki Office Center. Natalia Iwaszkiewicz also joined the company as a junior leasing manager.
