Immofinanz Group is planning to add an additional 20,000 sqm of office space to the Iride Business Park in Bucharest. In addition to offices, the new five-story building, Metroffice, will also include a 140-room hotel. The project is expected to cost €85m, of which Immofinanz will contribute €34m of its own capital. Construction has already started and the 20,000 sqm of office space is set to be completed in the second quarter of 2016. Located in the capital’s Pipera district, Iride Business Park currently offers 93,000 sqm of office space.
