The Spanish company Imomadrid, in partnership with Razvan Ivanica, is developing a new residential project on Popa Nan Street in Bucharest. Work on Popa Nan 21 started last fall. The project will be built in two phases. The first phase involves strengthening and upgrading the property’s five-story historic building by the end of May. In the second phase, a new residential building will be developed.
Popa Nan 21 will cover 6,000 sqm and offer 56 apartments. Costs are estimated at about €5m.
