Impact Developer & Contractor has contracted from First Bank two mortgage loans, totaling approximately EUR 7 mln, which are to finance a new phase of the Greenfield residential project, built by the company in the Băneasa area of Bucharest, specifically the construction of the three blocks Z1, Z2 and D6.
At the end of last year, the company announced the almost complete sale of the stock of apartments built in the first three phases of development of the Greenfield Băneasa complex, and the continuation of the works to expand the project.
