Impact Developer & Contractor, owned by Gheorghe Iaciu, will break ground on a new residential project near Expozitiei Boulevard in Bucharest in January. The project will feature 630 apartments. Completion of the first phase is scheduled for July 2019. Impact is investing €68m, with the remaining costs to be financed through a bank loan. The land, covering 2.5 ha, was purchased last summer.
