Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the second phase of the Luxuria Residence project in the Exhibition area, which includes 4 buildings, with a total of 268 premium units, an indoor park of 2,500 sqm, a lounge and a fitness center. Thus, the project reached a total of 500 completed apartments, corresponding to the first two stages of development.
“In the conditions of a year marked by the pandemic and the obstacles generated by this situation, we are happy to complete the second phase of Luxuria Residence, offering apartment buyers of this stage the opportunity to spend the winter holidays in their new home. At the moment, we are in the process of handing over the apartments to the owners and we continue at a sustained pace the works at the third phase”, said Sorin Apostol, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor.
Luxuria will include, upon completion, 9 blocks with a total of 630 premium apartments.
