Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the first phase of Luxuria Domenii Residence in Bucharest. The first phase includes 232 apartments, which will be handed over starting on Friday. The project has BREEAM Excellent certification.
“Given the announced plans of the authorities for the gradual lifting of isolation measures, we are confident that we will be able to meet the deadlines for the next two phases,” said Sorin Apostol, CEO of Impact Developer & Contractor. The developer is planning to deliver 268 apartments in December and an additional 130 apartments in April 2021.
