Impact Developer & Contractor has completed the third phase of the Greenfield Baneasa district in Bucharest. This phase includes a total of 944 apartments. The next phases, Greenfield IV and Greenfield V, will include about 1,900 apartments and more than 2,400 apartments respectively. Greenfield IV will also feature a commercial and relaxation area, called Greenfield Plaza, which will cover 10,400 sqm. Greenfield Baneasa broke ground in 2007 and will offer more than 7,000 homes on 60 ha.
