Impact Developer & Contractor broke ground on the first three housing blocks at its Boreal Plus residential complex in northern Constanta. The blocks will include a total of 209 apartments. The construction contracted, awarded to Premium Invest Concept, amounts to €9.5m. Impact sold 16,806 sqm of the land allocated to the Boreal Plus project to German hypermarket chain Kaufland, which is planning to build a store there. Kaufland secured a building permit at the beginning of October.
