Impact Developer & Contractor finalized the works for Luxuria residence after a EUR 70 million investment. The project has 630 units and it is situated in the northern of Bucharest.
Construction for Luxuria Residence started in 2018 after the company purchased 2,2 ha for EUR 10.6 million. Last year, the company received EUR 8.67 million loan from Libra Bank to be used for the completion of the third phase of the project.
