The operating profit of IMPACT Developer & Contractor totaled RON 98.5 million, a slight increase compared to 2020. The company is at the beginning of a new production cycle, marked by major investments in the expansion of GREENFIELD Băneasa in Bucharest, the continuation of works on GREENFIELD Plaza projects from Bucharest and BOREAL Plus from Constanța, the acquisition of a new land in Iași on which the GREEFIELD Copou ensemble will develop, projects with a total value estimated at RON 1.9 billion.
In 2021, IMPACT pre-sold 430 units, an increase of 37 percent compared to the previous year, with a total value of RON 250 million and signed sales contracts for 183 units from which it obtained revenues of RON 138 million.
