Impact Developer & Contractor has signed a general enterprise contract with RCTI Company for a new residential project to be built in the first district of Bucharest.
The new residential project will be compound of 4 buildings with a total 326 units number. RCTI Company has been chosen as general entrepreneurship for this project for a total value contract of EUR 16.15 million.
