Impact Developer & Contractor held the reception with authorities for the second stage of its Luxuria Residence project in Bucharest’s Exhibition area. The reception was held for four buildings, totaling 268 units. At the end of June approximately 30 percent of the units in the second phase were precontracted. The project has BREEAM Excellent certification. The entire project will include 630 apartments on a 22,500 sqm parcel of land, 9,650 sqm of which will be allocated to green spaces.
