Impact Developer & Contractor is selling the first 100 apartments at its Greenfield project in Bucharest with a discount of €100 per sqm from the initial price. Impact Developer & Contractor completed three apartment blocks in the project’s Cartierul Salcamilor neighborhood at the end of last year. The company intends to complete an additional six apartment buildings in the same neighborhood by the end of this year. The Greenfield project is spread over 60 ha and includes six neighborhoods: Blue, Ruby, Topaz, Onyx, Quartz and Cartierul Salcamilor. Impact Developer & Contractor plans to add a total of nine other apartment buildings to the project this year.
