Impact Developer & Contractor is preparing a project with 800 premium apartments in the Copou neighborhood in Iasi.
“We have already purchased the land there, we are very close to completing the design part. We are talking about buildings with a low height, a complex with all the facilities inside, as we are talking about Boreal Plus or the new Greenfield. We have made the first land acquisition and we are increasing the area. It is a large project, we are talking about 800 apartments “, said Ovidiu Grinici, sales director of Impact.
The project will include a kindergarten, shopping areas, spa area, relaxation areas and co-working spaces. At the same time, the neighborhood developed by Impact would involve new investments in Iasi. “Copou is a recognized area, we had multiple discussions with investors who want to come after us there and invest in this area. We want to launch the project this year”, added Ovidiu Grinici.
