Impact Bucharest has sold 70 apartments in the Greenfield Residential Complex to the City of Bucharest for RON 37.3m. The apartments will be offered to staff from the hospitals and medical facilities under the administration of Bucharest. City Hall has until June 30 to pay the full cost of the deal. Impact Bucharest is one of the leading real estate developers in Romania. It reported RON 62m in sales revenues during the first nine months of 2018.
