Impact Developer & Contractor sold 94 percent of the units in its Greenfield project in Bucharest and 62 percent of the units in the first phase of its Luxuria project in Q1. The sales totaled about €4.8m. By the end of the year, the developer is planning to complete the second phase of the Luxuria project, advance work on the third phase and obtain building permits to begin work on Greenfield IV and Boreal Plus Constanta.
