Impact Developer & Contractor signed more than 300 contracts and pre-contracts, totaling €23.85m, in the first three months of the year on apartments in its Greenfield residential compound in northern Bucharest’s Baneasa district. On average, the company contracted more than 50 apartments per month. The most popular units were the project’s two-room apartments, which are currently sold out, followed by the three-room apartments. Around 28 percent of the apartments were sold through Romania’s First Home program.
“We can still offer our clients apartments starting from €783 per sqm plus VAT, a price that is 15 percent lower than the northern area’s average price. Even these days, a four-room apartment with a total surface of 124 sqm can be bought for €96.990 plus 5 percent VAT,” Impact Developer & Contractor said in a statement.
