Impact Developer & Contractor sold apartments worth EUR 42.3 million in 2020, up 28 percent from 2019. Last year, the company sold 368 apartments in the Greenfield Băneasa neighborhood and in the Luxuria Residence complex in the Exhibition area. In addition, the developer has concluded 199 pre-contracts of sale and reservations, with a total value of EUR 24.5 million, which will turn into revenue during this year and 2022. Although it has sold more than in 2019, the net profit of the company decreased by 52 percent, from RON 154.4 million lin 2019, to RON 74.8 million in 2020.
Also last year, Impact started in Constanța the Boreal Plus ensemble, which will have 18 villas and 673 apartments, and expanded its presence in Iași, where it bought a plot of land for Grenfield Copou, a project with 1,100 apartments that will be completed by 2024.
