Impact Developer & Contractor broke ground on the third phase of its Greenfield residential neighborhood in northern Bucharest. The developer will add 888 apartments in 39 housing blocks. Costs are expected to hit €44m. The first 476 apartments are set to be delivered early next year, while the remaining 412 apartments are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2017. The third phase of the project will be called Ansamblul Platanilor.
Impact has sold all the apartments that went up in the first phase of the project, totaling 680 apartments, while 85 percent of the 924 units that went up in the second phase have been sold.
