Impol will lease the TLM light metal factory in the Croatian city of Sibenik, central Dalmatia, until the factory is sold following the completion of TLM’s bankruptcy proceedings. The request by TLM bankruptcy manager Branko Morića was approved by the Sibenik Commercial Court Assembly.
“Production will start on Thursday, once the official handover-takeover is completed,” said Jurica Toncic, a member of Impol’s management board, adding that 200 new jobs will be created to run the new Impol production facility.
