The Ghinea family, which owns the Arsat group, is developing the mixed-use Dragălina 25/27 project, which will include two office buildings, an event center, restaurants, and the first Autograph Collection by Marriott hotel outside of Bucharest.
“Drăgălina 25/27 is an ecosystem located in the center of Arad that includes multiple functions aimed at both locals and visitors. The project brings an urban regeneration of the area, by transforming an old communist complex, namely Hotelul Parc, into a new social and economic hub of the city,” says Călin Ile, senior partner at Premier Hospitality, the company that manages the Drăgălina 25/27 complex.
The entire project is due to be ready in the first quarter of 2024, with only the event center currently completed.
