It is with regret and sadness that CIJ notes the passing of Chris Bennett, a stalwart of Europe’s property markets and one of the original pioneers of modern commercial real estate development in Central and Eastern Europe. Chris spent most of the past couple decades living in and traveling across the region. Along with being held in the highest respect for his knowledge and experience, Chris was genuinely liked for his frank and open personality, and as someone who could be trusted and confided in. CIJ joins his many colleagues and friends in extending our deepest condolences to his wife and family.
