The local developer IN-SPEKT Development will build a new premium-boutique residential project in the north of the Capital, the value of the project being estimated at over EUR 20 million, and the completion is expected for spring 2022.
The Brick Lofts residential project is being developed near Promenada Mall and the Dimitrie Pompeiu office area. It will have 40 apartments, with a mix of 2-4 rooms arranged on one level and on two levels in the form of duplex and loft. They have generous outdoor spaces, whether they are terraces or private gardens for the ground floor apartments.
