Indotek Group has signed a contract for the acquisition of One Victoriei Center office building in Bucharest from the entrepreneurs Omer Susli and Ionuț Dumitrescu, shareholders of One United Properties, according to sources in the real estate market. The value of the transaction is estimated at over EUR 20 million.
One Victoriei Center, whose name will be changed after the completion of the acquisition, has a leasable area of about 12,000 sqm. In the autumn of 2018, the office building was bought by One United Properties, together with the land of the former Ventilator factory, for the amount of EUR 39 million from the Austrian company Immofinanz.
