Industrial & Logistics Park Turda, which is being built in Romanianās Cluj County, has officially been recognized as an āindustrial parkā by the Ministry of Administration.
Construction on the first phase of the ā¬200m park started in May and will include 24,000 sqm of logistics and distribution space, 10,000 sqm of production facilities for light industry and manufacturing and 5,500 sqm of space for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Europa Capital and Graells & Llonch are developing the project together. Industrial & Logistics Park Turda is expected to add up to 3,000 jobs to the local market over the next three years.
