The Infinity office building in WrocÅaw is entering the final phase of construction. Building under construction at John Paul II Square feature the symbolic topping out, which means that the highest construction point has been reached. The project, which is being developed by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, will be completed for the tenants in Q2 2023.
It took exactly twenty-one months to complete the construction of the seven-storey office building by the Infinityās general contractor, Eiffage Polska Budownictwo. Concreting of the last ceiling on the +7 level has been completed, while reinforced concrete work related to roof elements (service shafts, equipment foundations and stairwell canopies) will continue until about mid-December. At the same time, intensive work is underway relating to sanitary, electrical, as well as telecommunications installations. Fit-out work is also in progress on the underground levels and lower storeys of the office building. The first elements of the glass faƧade have also appeared on the building. In the vicinity of the investment project, reconstruction of the intersection of Legnicka and NabyciÅska streets has begun including traffic signals, as well as work on reconstructing the sidewalk and bicycle path along Legnicka street.

Infinity will be a seven-story class A office building offering, among other things, 18,727 sqm. of office space, 1,561 sqm. of retail space and a three-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging stations. With cyclists in mind, 120 bicycle stands will be provided in a closed-off zone including changing rooms and showers. The office building will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level as well as WELL Health-Safety certified for its high standard of safety procedures.
