Grupo Infinorsa is planning to spend €20m on the modernization and refurbishment of Torre Europa, a skyscraper built in 1985 by Necso in the AZCA complex in Madrid. JLL has been hired to lease the 121-meter building, which offers more than 20,000 sqm of office space at €27.50 per sqm. The renovation should be completed at the beginning of 2017.
