Inflation grows by 1.4% in October in Slovenia

Inflation grew by 1.4 percent in Slovenia in October, down from 1.7 percent the previous month, according to new data released by the country’s Statistics Office. The growth was driven by price increases for electricity, gas, housing, other fuels as well as services, the data shows. Prices increased on a monthly basis by 0.1 percent. This includes clothing and footwear. The annual growth rate was down by 0.2 percent, a result of lower gas prices.
