InfoGroup broke ground on Bartók Court II in Budapest. Going up on Bartók Béla street, the office park will offer 24,000 sqm of leasable space in three stages. The first building is scheduled for completion in 2018 and will provide 8,000 sqm of leasable area. Bartók Court II received a BREEAM Very Good certificate for the planning phase.The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
