InfraRed Capital Partners Limited sold Cologne Tower to Dream Global REIT, a listed Canadian investor, for €110m. Simultaneously, the company sold the NH Hotel next door to to Internos Hotel real estate Fund. The value of the deal is €29.5m. JLL advised InfraRed Capital in the transaction.
The 43-storey Cologne Tower is the tallest office building in Cologne. Designed by Jean Nouvel, it comprises 27,000 sqm of office area in the Cologne “MediaPark” located in the city’s core. InfraRed acquired it 2011 and carried out extensive refurbishments so that it now meets modern business standards.
