ING Bank Śląski will raise the interest rate on savings accounts to max. 4%

ING Bank Śląski will raise from June 14 this year. interest rate on savings accounts up to max. 4%, the bank said.

Savings on the Smart Saver account of up to PLN 5,000 will bear interest at 4% (currently 2%), and for amounts over PLN 5,000, it will amount to 1% (currently 0.5%), the bank announced.

The Smart Saver account allows you to save small amounts when making payment transactions. The Smart Saver holder can choose one of two methods of calculating the amount set aside: rounding the transaction amount or the percentage of the transaction amount that will be deposited from the personal account, the bank announced.

Funds accumulated on the Individual Retirement Security Account (IKZE) will bear interest at the level of 3% (currently 1%).

In addition to the higher interest rate on Smart Saver and IKZE, the bank is also increasing the standard interest rate on the Open Savings Account in PLN and the Premium Open Savings Account in PLN. From June 14, it will be 1% regardless of the amount of savings, it was pointed out.

The interest rate is variable, calculated on an annual basis.
