Sea Containers, a landmark property along the River Thames in London, secured a GBP 325m refinancing loan from LBBW and ING. The recently refurbished scheme includes the Mondrian London at Sea Containers, a 359-bed lifestyle hotel managed by Morgans Hotel Group, as well as approximately 290,000 sq ft of class A office space fully leased to companies like Ogilvy & Mather, WeWork and Puma. Margin and other details of the refinancing deal were not disclosed. No syndication of the debt is planned.
