Inland Private Capital sells 11333 McCormick Road for $99.3m

Inland Private Capital Corporation sold 11333 McCormick Road, a two-tower, single-tenant office complex for $99.3m. Situated on a 16.3-acre site in Baltimore, Maryland, the property was most recently renovated in 2016. The complex is net leased on a long-term basis to an investment-grade credit tenant. JLL represented the seller.

“Investors are actively seeking high-quality, mission critical corporate campuses such as this asset,” said Tivon Moffit, senior vice president at JLL. “We continue to see a flood of capital sources from institutional investors to private capital looking to purchase these types of properties.”
