Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust and Injazzat Real Estate Development, an institutional investor, acquired the Hitachi Power Office in Duisburg for $65.7m. The property, located at 80 Schifferstraße, offers 20,245 sqm of rental space on eight floors leased entirely to Mitsubishi until the end of 2020. It was delivered in 2008 and includes 632 parking spots. The seller was AXA Immosolutions. NAI Apollo and its network partner Cubion advised AXA. Inovalis is an open property fund with a focus on the German and French markets.
