InPost: 94% of e-shoppers choose Paczkomat as delivery form

InPost’s parcel machine is chosen as a form of delivery by 94% of Polish internet users shopping online and 83% as a form of shipping, InPost reported, citing Kantar research. InPost is also the best recognised parcel delivery brand, it received 98% of indications and the best known parcel machine delivery company (97%). 90% of respondents are satisfied with the InPost mobile app.

“Almost all Polish internet users already know and point to Paczkomat InPost as the most recognisable parcel machines. InPost is also the only brand with parcel machines that respondents would be willing to recommend in all dimensions – the willingness to recommend according to the NPS indicator reaches as much as 80%. Our strongest points are the use of state-of-the-art technological solutions, timely delivery of parcels and most importantly for us – very high consumer ratings. Most people also use our InPost Mobile application, valuing it for its ease of parcel management. All this makes us grow all the time, not only in Poland, but in the whole of Europe,” said founder and CEO Rafał Brzoska.

According to the Gemius 2023 report, 95% of people who shop online and order parcel machine deliveries (86% of shoppers) indicate the possibility of picking up a parcel by Paczkomat InPost as the most motivating factor for shopping. Paczkomat InPost is also the most frequently chosen delivery method for purchases, with 93% of those ordering to a parcel machine choosing it. When it comes to returns, internet users prefer free shipping by parcel machine – here, too, a clear preference for the Parcel Machine InPost service was recorded at 89%.

Delivery that takes place within 12 hours is motivating to shop online more often for 83% of respondents. Free delivery encourages people to shop online more often – with the higher the value of the products purchased, the higher the expectation of its free delivery, it was reported.
