InPost has expanded its central sorting plant at the P3 Piotrków warehouse park by more than 3,000 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the lease negotiation process. P3 Piotrków is located in Wola Bykowska, near Piotrków Trybunalski, and is one of the largest warehouse parks in central Poland. The 120 ha property will eventually offer 500,000 sqm of usable space.
