InPost has launched a 4,000 parcel lockers in Great Britain, which means that it has doubled its number in the last 12 months, the company said. The group has also acquired new partners – the WHSmith retail network and the Transport for London company. It is a strategic step in the Group’s development on the British market, which will significantly accelerate the expansion of InPost in this country.
“Our main goal in the UK is to expand our network of machines – although we already have more of them in London, Manchester and Birmingham than there are Royal Mail facilities available. Our partners who see tangible benefits in their installation help us in this. InPost’s experience is appreciated by e-commerce companies – both the largest players and retailers, who can offer their customers an innovative delivery method,” said Rafał Brzoska, president of InPost.
InPost Group has doubled the number of its machines in the UK in a year. Reaching another milestone on the local market allows consumers to conveniently send and receive parcels, which is not only a practical and economical solution, but above all it is more environmentally friendly.
“The growing interest from sellers as well as consumers proves that there is a great demand for a convenient, sustainable way of delivery. This drives us to act to ensure that as many consumers as possible have access to our services,” added Michael Rouse, CEO of InPost International.
