InPost has introduced a “quick returns” service in the InPost Mobile application, without the need to print labels, the company said. Each application user can make returns directly from the mobile application, right after receiving the package. The returned goods can be sent in any parcel locker.

“Now, every InPost Mobile user can quickly and conveniently return his parcel! No label is needed for this – all you need is a code generated in the parcel return process in the InPost mobile application and sending it in any parcel locker. This is another convenience that we have introduced in our Parcel Locker chain – covering over 16,000 locations With the dynamic growth of online purchases, 40% of buyers expect a convenient return option, and as many as 64% would most likely do it via InPost Parcel Lockers. This confirms that easy returns of goods bought online are one of the most motivating factors for purchases,” said the president of InPost Rafał Brzoska.

InPost is a delivery platform for e-commerce. Established in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska in Poland, InPost has a network of parcel lockers in Poland, Great Britain and Italy, and also provides courier and fullfilment services for e-commerce sellers in Poland.
