InPost has leased 8,500 sqm at MLP Poznań West logistics park. The tenant was represented by Cresa during the leasing process. Handover of the completed build-to-suit cross-dock facility is scheduled for the third quarter 2019. At the same time, MLP Group is beginning the construction of smaller city logistic modules. The warehouses will be built on a speculative basis and will be as small as 810 sqm. MLP is already conducting negotiations with potential clients.
