Inpro completed the first phase of its City Park housing project in Gdańsk and has already started handing over the flats to their new owners. According to the developer, the project is now 65 percent sold. An additional 78 flats will be handed over by the end of the month. The project’s first phase offers a total of 252 flats.
City Park is a strategic investment for Inpro and one of the biggest it has ever led. Once completed, the project will offer 335 flats in its first four phases and an additional 173 in the last two stages. The flats range in size from 33.4 sqm to 112.7 sqm.
Inpro launched the project in 2011. The second phase is scheduled to be completed next month, while buildings C and D will go on-line in the second half of the year.
