Instone Real Estate Development has completed the third and final phase of its residential project in Hamburg’s Altona neighborhood. The last phase of the “AltOh!na – meine Mitte” project includes 111 units, ranging from two to five-and-a-half rooms. This latest batch of flats, offering 50 sqm to 160 sqm, should be ready for occupancy in November. All the apartments have already been sold. The quarter is located on the “Neue Mitte Altona” site, the second largest urban development project in Hamburg, and offers a total of 283 units.
