Instone Real Estate Leipzig has acquired a property in Halle, where it plans to develop a new residential project. T.Kontor will feature 100 units on roughly 6,100 sqm of floor space. Construction is scheduled to break ground this fall. The site formerly served as the headquarters for a tea trading company. Thanks to its location and the building’s structure, Roman Richter, senior sales manager at Instone Real Estate Leipzig, said the property is ideally suited to be converted into residential space.
