Instone Real Estate Development GmbH is planning to build 210 flats on the former Paulusheim site in Bonn’s Endenich district. Schumanns Höhe will go up on a 21,000 sqm site on Sebastianstrasse. In addition to owner-occupied flats, Instone will also be offering different forms of accommodation for older residents. All flats are scheduled to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2020. “We are delighted that we can begin making our development plan a reality, and we will begin selling the flats this summer,” said Andreas Gräf, CDO of Instone Real Estate Group.
